ENROLLMENT FOR 2026 - 2027
PROGRAM YEAR IS NOW OPEN!

Filling out an application is quick and easy!
- Complete the application forms online (see link below) and submit the application fee. Courses will be selected within the application form. See document below for course descriptions.
- If the placement you requested is available, you will be contacted for a family interview.
- Attend a personal Family Interview. This is required! A Director will schedule this with you. Family interviews will be conducted at Mighty Roots Academy. Please bring your students who will attend!
- We strongly encourage families to attend an Open House. Click Here for information on our next Open House.
Students are placed in courses based on enrollment periods:
- Current students re-enrolling in the same program
- Current students applying for a new/different program
- New applications. We try to give all students their first choice of courses. If a first choice course reaches maximum enrollment, students will be offered their second choice.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Every family must attend a Family Interview with a Director to approve and confirm their spots in the program.
Application Fees are non-refundable if a family decides to cancel their application. Application fees will be refunded only in the event that MRA decides to not continue the application process, or in the event that the program is full.

Here are a few tips to help with your application experience:
Please have the primary account holder set up their account first. This account will:
- Handle all payments
- Be used to sign up children for classes
- Serve as the main contact for email and app communications
Once the primary account is created, use the “Add Family Members” button to add:
- Your child(ren)
- A spouse/partner
- Emergency contacts
When finished, click “Finish” to complete your setup.
- Be prepared to take 5-10 minutes for the Account Setup. Account Setup is required before any enrollments can be completed.Decide in advance which classes you plan to sign your student up for before starting the application form. Please check the full course descriptions in the Course Description document below.
Once your account is set up, you can enroll in our 2026-2027 programming!
- You will find Applications for 2026-2027 Programs in the “WELCOME” tab of your OSH portal. Click on the link and then find the program desired and click “SIGN UP”.
- As you enroll, double check that you have clicked on the correct child and only that child is check marked. Each child must be enrolled separately, otherwise it will be inaccurate for their course selections.
- Tuition is now automatically set as a 10 month payment plan. The Pay in Full option still exists. You just need to let a Director know, and we will apply the Pay in Full discount to your tuition, and you can pay all your invoices.
- Please answer student questions with detailed answers as they assist new and returning Learning Guides to plan courses in ways to best help your student learn.
